I started A4 Legacy Consulting LLC to help small businesses and individuals find their footing again. Whether it’s streamlining operations, strengthening leadership, or guiding teams through transition, I bring a hands-on, human-centered approach built on real experience — including the hard-earned lessons of navigating a career-ending furlough.
